We’re a small group of volunteers committed to improving our local park.

It’s a truly elegant and peaceful spot, and a lovely way to remember Alison. We hope it brings comfort, reflection, and a place to sit and enjoy the surroundings for many years to come. 🌿
📣 Community Interest Check — “Sport Saturday” 🏃‍♀️ 📣 Community Interest Check — “Sport Saturday” 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️ We are planning to organise a FREE “Sport Saturday” for both adults and children, held on Saturday afternoons at 2:00 PM once a month. What’s planned: • A professional personal trainer leading a fun 1-hour session for children • A yoga class for adults at the same time (playground, near the Milk Street entrance (safe, enclosed area away from dogs) 💚 Participation is free, and donations are welcome to support park improvements. 👉 If you or your child would be interested in taking part, please comment “YES” below. We need to gauge interest before confirming the event. Thank you! 💚

🌱 Help Us Replant the Microforest! 🌱 Great news — 🌱 Help Us Replant the Microforest! 🌱 Great news — an amazing 80% of the microforest we planted last year has survived! Now it just needs a little care to help it thrive 🌿 Join us on Thursday 26th February, 10:00–12:30 to help with some light weeding and replanting the remaining 20%. 🧥 Please wear warm layers 🥾 Sturdy footwear is strongly recommended 🛠️ idverde will provide spades, trowels, and buckets for mulching — just bring your enthusiasm! If you’re able to lend a hand, please let us know. Every helper makes a difference 💚 Let’s grow something wonderful together 🌳

The sun was shining, Francisco made to delicious coffee, and together we cleaned the park and surrounding areas—especially the Milk Street green space.
